As a recovering over-achiever Katie Lee navigated marriage, adulthood, career and moving around the country with same systems and analysis she learned in business school. She fine-tuned her process (The Small Change Project) while sharing it with her readers and clients.


Today she is an author, speaker and lifestyle designer sharing her real-life tips with women who are seeking an easier everyday lifestyle while pursuing their bigger-than-life dreams.
